SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
AMARA SACS offers fast and reliable shipping so you can enjoy your Brazilian bikinis in no time. Our shipping policy includes details on available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and costs. We want your purchasing experience to be simple and satisfactory, which is why we have designed our shipping policy with transparency and clarity.
• Our shipping rates and estimated delivery time depends on the state. You can see more accurate information once you enter the address at the checkout.
• Free Standard shipping on orders over $100 USD.
• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays are shipped the next business day.

Standard & Free Shipping
• All orders with a physical address will be shipped with UPS, USPS or FedEx.
• Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped with USPS only, and transit time may take longer. You can see more accurate times at the checkout.
Expedited Shipping
• We offer a UPS Next-day service with a standard ETA of 1 business day after the order is shipped.
• We offer a FedEx Express service with a standard ETA of 2 business days after the order is shipped.
• It does not apply to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses.
• These services can not be requested or paid after the order is placed.
Address modifications
We are unable to modify or partially cancel orders. To request an address change or a complete order cancellation please contact us as soon as possible by filling out this form or by email at amarasacs.usa@gmail.com / WhatsApp +1 7864319971
In 1-2 business days, our customer care team will confirm, depending on the order status, if it was possible to successfully complete your request or not.

RETURNS
​
• Click here to request a return up to 15 days after you receive the order.
• All items on SALE or tagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
• All items must be returned in the original Packaging (Gift Toiletry Bag), unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags.
• Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
• Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.
• All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
• All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. Amara Sacs may agree to refund you to a PayPal account, in case the original payment method is no longer available.
• Items purchased in physical stores, can't be returned online. Items purchased online can't be returned in physical stores.
• Amara Sacs reserves the right to accept returned items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
• If a returned item is not in a good condition and the customer did not report any issues when receiving it, the item will not be accepted nor refunded, and it will be returned back to the customer. Returning the item back to the customer means a $13 shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be notified in case they rather refuse and not receive back the item to not incur in this extra fee.
UNITED STATES
• Request your return here.
• Enter your order number and the zip code where it was shipped.
• Choose each of the items you need to return and the reason.
• Print the prepaid label we provide. Package and mail in your return.
• Mail your return within the next 15 days.
Otherwise, the label will be automatically disabled and your return request cancelled.
• Get your refund in 3-5 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
You will be automatically notified via email.
NOTE: you will be deducted a $13.00 USD fee from your refund.
